SinCNE member Robin Hazard Ray is offering a tour of Mount Auburn Cemetery, Boston's most beautiful place of repose and America's first landscape cemetery. We will visit the graves of some notorious murder victims, including George Parkman (d. 1849), while enjoying the magnificent fall colors and each others' company.
After the guided walking tour, an optional lunch will be held at Greg's Italian Restaurant nearby. Lunch is not included in the event, but we'd love to have a debrief and chat about all things Sisters in Crime New England!
Space is limited to 25 members. Guests are invited, but we ask that only one guest per person (to save space for members).
Free parking is available at the cemetery, which is located at 580 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA. It is also reachable by the numbers 71 and 73 buses.
